Houston Physical Therapy & Performance Center is the only locally owned, operated, and staffed therapy clinic in Houston, MS. Every therapist on our team lives in or near Chickasaw County. We know the community because we're part of it.
Founded by Cass Tapley, PT, our clinic was built on one principle: patients deserve personal, expert care without being treated like a number. No corporate quotas. No assembly-line appointments. Just real, one-on-one therapy.
We offer both physical therapy and occupational therapy across four locations, plus home visit services. From pediatric developmental therapy to post-surgical orthopedic rehab, our team covers the full spectrum of rehabilitation needs.
